How it works

It is mandatory to carry and produce the BMS membership card for benefits at network providers (Pathology / Radiology / Diagnostic Centers / Hospitals / Dentist / Clinics) .
It is mandatory to proactively ask for the admission form at hospitalization.
It is mandatory to fill the referral/admission form (provided by General Practitioner) for further benefits.
For planned hospitalization, inform BMS 24 hours prior via helpline (Mandatory).
For emergency hospitalization, inform BMS within 24 hours after hospitalization via helpline (Mandatory).
A BMS co-ordinator will visit the hospital to verify details, and after approval, the member gets concession rates.
